Summer Frazier educates and helps dog owners develop a relationship with their pets that enables them to enjoy many happy and rewarding years together. Dogs are intelligent and enjoy learning; most are not satisfied just sitting around doing nothing. Many problems people have with their dogs arise because the animals are bored and under-stimulated. Training a dog is a lifelong process. We encourage people and their dogs to continue training over the years, not just for one 6-8 week set of classes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be offered if Listen Here cancels a class or session and payments or deposits have been made and no other options for rescheduling or substitutions are available.

To be eligible for a full refund for payments for group classes you must notify Listen Here Dog Training by email 7 days before the start date of the class. Once the class starts NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

To be eligible for a full refund for private sessions, cancellations must be made by email 3 days before the scheduled session. If you do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged in full.

No refunds will be given for Prepaid packages of class passes once they are started.

Cancellations of a reservation in a Tune Up Class need to be made 48 hours before the scheduled class. No shows and less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the class or the loss of a prepaid pass.
