Let’s get you and your wee baby dog heading in the right direction. This four-week class is geared towards brand new owners and experienced owners who are looking for socialization opportunities for puppies ages 8 weeks to 15 weeks of age. We will spend each class working on developing that all-important bond from which the rest of your successful training will stem. We will cover how to properly socialize your puppy, basic communication skills, we will also start introducing our puppies to skills like chilling out, learning about the leash, and playing appropriately with the human half of the equation. We will introduce them to new things like stuff that may feel funny under their feet, big noises, and building confidence in the face of the unknown or unfamiliar. We will have opportunities for supervised group play so owners can learn about what their puppies’ bodies are telling them. We will also cover meeting your needs as a new pet parent. You need to take care of yourself to properly take care of your puppies.
